To accelerate the layout of Xinjiang's green hydrogen industry and overcome bottlenecks and difficulties in project construction, at 10:30 a.m. on June 27, Junrui Green Hydrogen Energy (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Junrui Green Hydrogen") held a symposium to promote new energy projects in Midong District and Yining County. The meeting was chaired by Wang Fei, Executive Director of Junrui Green Hydrogen, with participation from Junrui Qing Energy Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Junrui Chongqing"), Junrui Green Hydrogen, China Railway 20th Bureau, China Railway Tunnel Bureau, China Energy Engineering Xinjiang Electric Power Design Institute, and other units to review the current status of project construction and coordinate the next phase of key tasks.

At the meeting, Peng Changcan, Deputy General Manager of Junrui Green Hydrogen, gave a comprehensive report on the overall construction progress of the two major projects in Midong and Yining. Each participating unit reported in turn on the progress of construction organization, drawing design, safety and quality supervision, and other related work. All participating units fully exchanged views on practical challenges such as on-site coordination and personnel allocation, and jointly discussed practical ways to accelerate and improve efficiency.

Ren Xiaoqing, Deputy Director of Junrui Chongqing Operations Department, shared implementation ideas regarding the supply of off-site resources and subsequent production and operation. Junrui Chongqing will centrally allocate various resources, proactively connect with construction site needs, open communication channels between the two regions, fully cooperate with the project, and ensure timely completion and production.

Huang Guide, Executive Deputy General Manager of Junrui Chongqing, delivered the concluding speech. He stated that the Midong and Yining green hydrogen projects are the core carriers for the group's rooting in Xinjiang and implementing the "dual carbon" strategy, with profound significance for regional clean energy development. All participating units must adopt a unified "unified chessboard" mindset, proactively face difficulties, strictly reverse schedules, and refine division of labor; Firmly ensure safe construction and project quality, with all units communicating and cooperating more to genuinely accelerate project construction and improve project quality.

The meeting clarified the implementation of a closed-loop management model of "problem list + timeline list + responsibility list," detailing work tasks according to project area and construction node, assigning responsibilities to each unit and position, and ensuring orderly project progress through refined control.

Next, all participating units will use this meeting as a guide for action, refine and implement full-process work plans for construction, design, and supervision, seize the golden construction period, continuously optimize cross-unit collaboration mechanisms, and accelerate the implementation of the two major green hydrogen projects, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development and green, low-carbon transformation of Xinjiang's new energy industry.

To fully grasp the current status of the plot and identify bottlenecks in project progress, on the afternoon of June 27, Huang Guide, Executive Deputy General Manager of Junrui Chongqing, Deputy Director of the Operations Department Ren Xiaoqing, Zhang Heping, legal representative of Junrui Green Hydrogen, Peng Changcan, Deputy General Manager, and heads from China Energy Construction Group Xinjiang Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Mazi Herun Project Management Company, and other relevant units jointly visited the Midong project site for an on-site inspection.

The group compared the project planning drawings and inspected the site layout and surrounding transportation network. They reviewed the progress and existing issues in preliminary procedures, construction preparation plans, construction schedules, and resource guarantees, requiring all relevant units to take full responsibility, closely monitor timelines, establish problem and task lists, and fully promote the acceleration and efficiency of project construction.
